Destination Charging

Yes, there is such a thing as free fuel. If electricity wasn't so cheap I would probably get more excited about it, but free is free anyway. Early on Tesla provided iirc free charging stations to hotels, restaurants, casinos, and other tourist stops with the agreement that they wouldn't charge Tesla owners to charge there. You see them all over and other companies also provide free charging now at grocery stores, and other shopping sites. These are usually the speed of fast home chargers (50 amp equivalent for the ones I've used). Good for overnight charge at motels on trips so far anyway.

Some of the North America chargers. Check out Plugshare for more info. Green are destination Chargers, Blue are Home chargers available to public
